What is leadership?  The qualities of sound leadership are difficult to define but easy to identify. In simple terms, leadership is getting others to act.  Leadership extends beyond motivation, however, and true leadership is inspiring people to consistently give their best, helping them grow to their fullest potential, and motivating them to work toward a common goal. Leadership is also about achieving positive, repeatable and sustainable results.
